HELICAL PILES

Helical piles, also known as helical piers and screw piles, are a proven foundation solution ideal for energy, industrial and commercial applications. Our helical piles are rigorously tested and customizable to meet specific project needs. All piles are created exclusively from new steel stock, and all raw materials are sourced in collaboration with our engineering TEAM to ensure that every pile performs as specified.

COMMAND LINE

TorcSill’s Command Line™ is the safe operations solution for high-pressure completions. Helical piles and specialized connectors secure high-pressure flow lines during pumping and flowback, which helps prevent hazardous pressure releases from injuring personnel and damaging equipment.

ONSHORE PLATFORM

The Onshore Platform™ consists of heavy-duty rig mats supported by helical piles. The platform remains onsite throughout the entire drilling and completions process and can be removed and reused on the next drill location. Key advantages include a clean, safe working surface free of mud and debris, significant reduction in soil disturbance and environmental impact and complete site protection, which allows vehicles to move freely in all weather.

AnchorPipe is the leader in pipeline foundations and anchoring with more than 40 years of global experience, including operations in extreme marine and onshore environments.
This technology eliminates the costs and hazards of weights traditionally used for marine buoyancy control. Onshore AnchorPipe solutions help to eliminate concrete from canyon and river crossings and pipeline buoyancy applications in marsh lands.

STEEL TO STEEL

The transformative evolution of foundation design and construction is pioneered by TorcSill’s highly-engineered all-steel solutions–from bottom of pile to bottom of equipment. Accounting for site-specific geotechnical and equipment loading information, steel-to-steel applications can eliminate concrete used for all required supports, including custom engineered and manufactured connection details for equipment such as vessels, towers, piping and reciprocating equipment.
