Tim Swift, CEO
Swift joined TorcSill as a part of the business development TEAM in 2014. He is now the leader of all operational and growth activities at TorcSill. Prior to his role as CEO, Swift served TorcSill as General Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing and as the District Manager of the Gulf Coast District with responsibility for installation operations in the refinery and midstream markets. Before joining TorcSill, he served in leadership positions at Swire Oilfield Services, General Electric, and Goodrich Aerospace.
Swift is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and earned his B.S. in Management from the University of Maryland.
Sean McArthur, CFO
McArthur joined TorcSill in 2015 as the Corporate Controller and served in that role until his promotion to CFO in 2017. Prior to TorcSill, his experience includes accounting leadership roles in diverse industries including more than eight years in Oil & Gas. Other finance positions include corporate roles in energy distribution and public accounting.
Sean holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University and is a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Indiana.
Jeff Sullivan, CCO
Jeff Sullivan, Chief Commercial Officer, began his career at TorcSill as a business development professional in 2012 and quickly established a top-tier customer service culture within the company. Sullivan helped exceed company projections by increasing foundation installation volume almost eight times within a two-year period. He has established a significant presence in the most active energy development regions in the country and leads a business development TEAM with a detailed focus on account and project management. His scope extends across all services offered by TorcSill, including leadership in research and development, engineering, and project management.
Sullivan worked in several positions with the Oklahoma State Senate while earning his B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
Bob Baker, Safety and DOT Manager
Baker joined TorcSill in September 2014 from Flint Energy Services, where he served as Contract Advisor and Corporate General Manager of Safety for over 25 years. During his successful tenure at Flint Energy, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he implemented Attest Audit Protocols and adopted the Leadership for Safety Excellence Program, which resulted in reducing accident incidents by 40%.
Additionally, he brings 12 years of experience as Corporate Safety Manager with Western Oil Well Service. As the company’s first safety manager, Baker introduced programs resulting in four first-place Association of Oil Well Service Companies Safety Awards. He also enabled employees to achieve three consecutive years of zero injuries.
Baker holds a B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration from Montana State University and is certified as a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Six Sigma Certification. He is active in several professional affiliations, including the American Society of Safety Engineers, American Society for Training and Development, Board of Certified Safety Professionals, National Safety Council, and The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.
Terry Taylor, Vice President of Manufacturing and Project Controls
Taylor joined the TorcSill TEAM in July of 2018 as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Project Controls. Taylor has oversight of all Manufacturing and Project Controls components of the company, including customer provided resources during project execution. With over 25 years of experience in business management, Taylor’s ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems makes him an indispensable addition to the TEAM.
Previously, Taylor served in a variety of operational and supervisory positions with companies such as Letsos Mechanical and Sigala Contracting. High level assignments at these organizations included the restructure of safety plans and programs and the implementation of new production methods.
Taylor graduated from The United Association of Pipefitters and Plumbers Apprenticeship Program, which allowed him to excel in the construction industry and develop a professional career path in Engineering and Business Management.
Stephen Willis, P.E., Engineering Manager
Stephen Willis, P.E., joined TorcSill in 2015, as Engineering Manager. Serving in the same capacity, Stephen has grown the TorcSill Engineering TEAM to become the global leader in Helical Pile design, with structural and civil resources that overcome the most complex foundation challenges.
With a complete professional background in both Civil and Structural Engineering, Stephen brings high-level professional oversight to TorcSill’s cross-disciplinary projects. Prior to joining TorcSill, he worked as a Structural Engineer at Johnson & Pace Inc. Willis is licensed as an engineer in 22 US states, with a primary focus on states within the core energy markets served by TorcSill.
Stephen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology of the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Structural Engineering, also from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is an active member of the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Helical Pile and Tiebacks Committee and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
Lyle Love Sr., Chairman of the Board
Love established TorcSill Foundations with his wife Cathy in January 2011, after a long career built in oil and service expertise. His experiences include leadership and management positions in several nationally and internationally focused companies, including Schlumberger Well Services, Blue Jet Wireline Services, ACE Crane & Equipment, and American Casedhole Specialists.
Love founded Casedhole Solutions, an industry leader in downhole service and innovation with 13 national locations. Before founding TorcSill Foundations, Love served as Chairman of the Board for Casedhole Solutions, managing the company’s continued growth.
Love holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology and is a member of the SPE, API, OIPA, YMCA, and First Baptist Church of Weatherford, Oklahoma.
