Executive Leadership

Tim_Swift

Tim Swift, CEO

Swift joined TorcSill as a part of the business development TEAM in 2014. He is now the leader of all operational and growth activities at TorcSill. Prior to his role as CEO, Swift served TorcSill as General Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing and as the District Manager of the Gulf Coast District with responsibility for installation operations in the refinery and midstream markets. Before joining TorcSill, he served in leadership positions at Swire Oilfield Services, General Electric, and Goodrich Aerospace.

Swift is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and earned his B.S. in Management from the University of Maryland.

Sean McArthur, CFO

McArthur joined TorcSill in 2015 as the Corporate Controller and served in that role until his promotion to CFO in 2017. Prior to TorcSill, his experience includes accounting leadership roles in diverse industries including more than eight years in Oil & Gas. Other finance positions include corporate roles in energy distribution and public accounting.

Sean holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University and is a licensed C.P.A. in the state of Indiana.

Jeff Sullivan, CCO

Jeff Sullivan, Chief Commercial Officer, began his career at TorcSill as a business development professional in 2012 and quickly established a top-tier customer service culture within the company. Sullivan helped exceed company projections by increasing foundation installation volume almost eight times within a two-year period. He has established a significant presence in the most active energy development regions in the country and leads a business development TEAM with a detailed focus on account and project management. His scope extends across all services offered by TorcSill, including leadership in research and development, engineering, and project management.

Sullivan worked in several positions with the Oklahoma State Senate while earning his B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.

Tom Magness, Safety and DOT Manager

Tom Magness joined TorcSill in March of 2018 after four years as a Private Consultant specializing in Safety Assessments for commercial contractors.

Magness also served at Flint Energy as a General Safety Manager for over 15 years. During his successful tenure at Flint Energy, headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he implemented the Operator Qualification Program, Trending Analysis Protocols, Attest Audit Program and the Leadership for Safety Excellence Program, all of which resulted in reducing accident incidents by 40 percent.

Magness holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan College and a M.L.S. from the University of Oklahoma and is certified as a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM). He has been active in several professional affiliations, including the American Society of Safety Engineers, American Safety Council, the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership and the National Center for Construction Education and Research.

Terry Taylor, Vice President of Manufacturing and Project Controls

Taylor joined the TorcSill TEAM in July of 2018 as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Project Controls. Taylor has oversight of all Manufacturing and Project Controls components of the company, including customer provided resources during project execution. With over 25 years of experience in business management, Taylor’s ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems makes him an indispensable addition to the TEAM.

Previously, Taylor served in a variety of operational and supervisory positions with companies such as Letsos Mechanical and Sigala Contracting. High level assignments at these organizations included the restructure of safety plans and programs and the implementation of new production methods.

Stephen Willis, P.E., Director of Engineering

Stephen Willis, P.E., joined TorcSill in 2015, as Engineering Manager. Serving in the same capacity, Stephen has grown the TorcSill Engineering TEAM to become the global leader in Helical Pile design, with structural and civil resources that overcome the most complex foundation challenges.

With a complete professional background in both Civil and Structural Engineering, Stephen brings high-level professional oversight to TorcSill’s cross-disciplinary projects. Prior to joining TorcSill, he worked as a Structural Engineer at Johnson & Pace Inc. Willis is licensed as an engineer in 23 US states, with a primary focus on states within the core energy markets served by TorcSill.

Stephen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology of the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Structural Engineering, also from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is an active member of the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Helical Pile and Tiebacks Committee and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
