He will be based at the Company’s headquarters in Pasadena, Texas and has oversight of all activities within the Manufacturing and Construction Services divisions of the company.

Prior to joining TorcSill, Knapp served in a variety of operational leadership roles, including extended service with major construction and energy firms such as ShawCor, BP and Eaton Corporation. High level assignments at those organizations included HSE oversight, quality management and supply chain development.
Knapp is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has earned an MBA from Arizona State University.
